Some studies on CBD have come back with generally positive results on sleeping disorders after the first month of trials and generally most of them felt the benefits at the 3 month point. A few felt their problems got worse in the middle however the results were generally quite positive. Benefits to improved sleep generally come with CBD’s ability to promote pain relief, anxiety and depression, which for most people is the symptom that causes sleep disorders.
