CBD oil is pretty common and you’ll find it in a number of different forms. Some designed to be taken orally in its raw form, others made into pills, tablets or capsules, especially useful for people who are not keen on the taste. Some are designed to be massaged into the skin and others made to be added into food. Oils will often be described as Full or Broad Spectrum.
Full spectrum oils are generally recommended as they contain all the various cannabinoids and terpenes and taking them together has a noticeably stronger effect than pure isolates. Broad spectrum oils are close to full spectrum however they contain no THC making them better if you are concerned about THC building up in your system which could lead to a false negative on a drug test!
